For the execution of the same, it was necessary a year and a half that includes from the planning at management level to the Go-live stage. The budget was approximately $ 5 million with the participation of a team of 50 people including project managers from the companies involved, corporate directors, key users from both countries and the entire consultative team from Peru and Brazil.

Siendo unas de las principales estrategias de la corporación tener una misma plataforma tecnológica en todas sus sedes, es como nace el proyecto descrito en este informe. Para la ejecución del mismo fue necesario un año y medio que comprende desde la planificación a nivel gerencial hasta la salida en vivo. El presupuesto fue aproximadamente de 5 millones de dólares con participación de un equipo de 50 personas donde se incluyen gerentes de proyecto por las empresas involucradas, directores corporativos, usuarios claves de ambos países y todo el equipo consultivo de Perú y Brasil.
