For this reason, the article is based on a case study of a SME.That sells children's clothing in Peru. A model was developed using 5s methodology, ABC Multicriteria, Jidoka, and Standardized Work, seeking to improve the current 7.14% of returns. The proposed model was implemented with a pilot plan and simulated with Arena Software, proving that the combination of Lean methodologies can optimize the warehouse processes, reducing the rate of returns to 4%.

No obstante, existe una tasa de devoluciones que ha ido en aumento en los últimos años debido al elevado número de pedidos recibidos. Por este motivo, el artículo se basa en un estudio de caso de una PYME. que vende ropa infantil en Perú. Se desarrolló un modelo utilizando la metodología de las 5s, ABC Multicriterio, Jidoka, y Trabajo Estandarizado, buscando mejorar el actual 7,14% de retorno.
