Descripción
Sumario:CFG-Copeinca is a private company that seeks to promote sustainable development in its value chain and in the communities in its areas of direct influence, through social responsibility initiatives. Education is one of the main pillars that guides their community development actions. Among the main activities carried out are the implementation of the learning achievement program in the I.E. No. 41515 "Reino de España" in La Planchada, Arequipa; improving the institution's infrastructure, equipping educational and logistical material, hiring teachers for reinforcement classes in various subjects, among others. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, students were forced to continue with a remote and virtual education, and the academic support promoted by CFG-Copeinca was interrupted, due to the suspension of face-to-face classes. This has directly affected the academic performance of the students, causing them to have problems advancing in their learning. This paper proposes a communication plan to implement virtual workshops for extracurricular school reinforcement, through the support of the members of the CFG-Copeinca corporate volunteering, so that the students of I.E. No. 41515 "Reino de España" can continue with optimal school development.
