The following research paper has as a main objective to improve the management processes and inventory control of Distribuidora de Aceros Medina S.R.L`s warehouse in order to create and optimal product organization and classification; first, through the analysis of functions it was possible to determine four areas for the organizational structure design: administration and finance, commercial, logistics and Information and technology(IT) of which logistics (warehousing, purchase and distribution) were the object of this study.
