This research raises the question: What research has been done in the retail sector to know how Lean tools could help solve their current problems? The type of research that has been chosen is of documentary design and for its development has been used the systematic literature review of twenty-six (26) articles published between 2000 and 2020, selected on the basis of keywords and which apply the philosophy of Lean manufacturing in the retail sector. The results show that the application of the Lean methodology allows for better business management, cost reduction, increased productivity, improved customer service, reduced inventories and shorter delivery times.application/htmlengIEOM Societyurn:issn: 2169-8767https://ieomsociety.org/brazil2020/papers/681.pdfinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Repositorio Institucional - UlimaUniversidad de Limareponame:ULIMA-Institucionalinstname:Universidad de Limainstacron:ULIMAComercio al por menorProducción eficienteGestión de empresasRetail tradeLean manufacturingIndustrial managementhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#2.11.04Systematic literature review of the application of lean methodologies in the retail sectorinfo:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObjectArtículo de conferencia en ScopusBedoya Jimenez, Luis (Ingeniería Industrial)Chirinos Cuadros, Carlos Ricardo (Ingeniería Industrial)Noriega Araníbar, María Teresa (Ingeniería Industrial)Bedoya Jimenez, Luis (Facultad de Ingeniería y Arquitectura Universidad de Lima)Chirinos Cuadros, Carlos Ricardo (Facultad de Ingeniería y Arquitectura Universidad de Lima)Noriega Araníbar, María Teresa ( Facultad de Ingeniería y Arquitectura Universidad de Lima)OI20.500.12724/19595oai:repositorio.ulima.edu.pe:20.500.12724/195952025-03-06 19:37:45.279Repositorio Universidad de Limarepositorio@ulima.edu.pe |
