Universidad de Lima, Instituto de Investigación Científica.https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12724/9819jthierol@ulima.edu.peDurante la última década han proliferado murales en grandes avenidas, distritos turísticos y centros comerciales, pero poco se sabe de las razones por las cuales numerosos vecindarios en los distritos menos favorecidos económicamente también están adoptando el muralismo. Este estudio busca entender las razones y coincidencias entre los grupos de muralistas y las organizaciones vecinales, quienes en conjunto están adoptando el arte como estrategia para transformar diferentes entornos urbanos. Se conducirán entrevistas con artistas, vecinos y miembros de organizaciones locales.
