Which is evaluated through a simulation in the Software Arena for validation, where a 39.76% decrease in transfer time, a 15.11% reduction in cycle time and a 17.99% increase in productivity was obtained.

Sin embargo, la mayoría de las empresas adolecen de una falta de planificación de la producción, cultura organizacional y formación. Esta investigación se ha centrado en el desarrollo de una propuesta de modelo de mejora, combinando herramientas de Lean Manufacturing y Systematic Layout Planning para solucionar los principales problemas que se presentan en este tipo de empresas.
