Sumario:At the beginning of 2020 the world pandemic time hit Peru, we had economic threats and no a lot of business survived. The hospitality industry was affected with the lockdown and there were not any kind of trips to the domestic economy recovery. During the pandemic time r the hotel industry has changed and adapted. They changed their process to attend different economic sectors and legal regulations. These experiences had also served to discover travelers, their fears and requirements, personal care and health. Hotels must be prepared for the new demands of customers, which implies adopting measures to ensure the health of guests and internal processes to ensure the least contact between people within the hotel, one of the most used and necessary processes within the value chain of hotels is the check in, by which the guest checks in to enter the lodging establishment and receive the key to his room. The proposal is a SaaS solution, adaptable and configurable to different hotels, which will allow the guest to check in online in order to offer security, speed and confidence in the check in process, aiming to increase their valuation and loyalty to the hotel. The solution allows the check-in process to be carried out in a web application suitable for use from fixed and portable computers, as well as from cell phones and digital tablets. The tests carried out showed positive results in more than 90% of the check-ins performed in the MVP presented.
