Sumario:Among the main findings, it generates products from the implementation of improvements, highlighting: the implementation of a centrifuge that works at 5886rpm whose main function is to wash the oil and eliminate metal products is carried out. On the other hand, for the improvement in process control through statistical tools, there is stage 821A (Deodorized at a higher temperature) which works at 240°C showing the following results in process control, Pp = 1.088 considered an adequate process but it requires control and Ppk = 0.9623 considered an inappropriate process which improvements will also be made, improving the heating system in the cauldrons, while in stage 822A1 (Deodorized at a lower temperature) which works at 220 ° C the following results in process control, Pp = 1.088 considered an adequate process but requires control and Ppk = 0.974 considered an inadequate process which the respective improvements will be made, improving the heating system in the cauldrons. For the quality results, the contaminants that decrease the product are significantly improved, in the case of 3MCPD with a value of Cp = 1.8307 and for Glycidol with a value of Cp = 1.3835 it can be concluded that the process is adequate. As a result of the implementation of solutions, an annual saving of S/. 370,475 with the optimization of bleaching earths, improvement in the quality of the product with the improvement in the deodorization process, likewise due to product differentiation (approval of clients with new technical selections and compliance with international parameters) the net profitability per ton increased of refined palm oil from 15.88% to 16.69%.
