Sumario:The IOI group company is a family business within the palm oil and derivatives industry, originating in Malaysia. In 2017, the company reached an international expansion, but at the same time, it went through several challenging situations due to its family corporate culture, international reputation, among others. The present work proposes various strategies to face the consequences of the expansion of the company so that the proposed goals for 2025 will be reached, focused on five areas: Commercial Intelligence, in which there will be an overview of the international palm oil market, analyzing the proposal to open new markets in emerging and developed countries according to ranking of factors and apparent consumption; International Marketing, it is proposed to carry out various promotion and communication strategies to develop the image internationally taking into account the Product Segment Matrix, characteristics of the industrial customer profile, the Porter's Five Forces, Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) Matrix , External Factors Evaluation (EFE) Matrix , qualification justification, integral communication strategies, BCG matrix and SWOT; In the area of Strategic Planning, the current situation of the family business is analyzed and different strategies for decisión making are proposed; In the Logistics area, certain variables that affect the performance of the supply chain will be identified; and finally, the Financial area will have a vision of the financial situation of the company and its ability to meet its goals by 2025 taking into account the financial ratios and the Composite Annual Growth Rate (CAGR).
