Currently, the Peruvian economy is solid at the macroeconomic level wich allows the trade sector to grow constantly over the years. One of the categories in this sector is the hardware category that is directly related to the behavior of the construction and mining activities. This category is made up of micro, small and medium-sized companies such as retail stores or big companies such as Sodimac and Maestro. This work plan analyzes the viability of the company Fabricaciones Industriales Villanueva SRL in manufacturing a new product and launching it tinto the Peruvian market. The proyect arises from the need to expand the product portafolio considering that this new product has a similar production process to one of the best seller products of the company nowadays but the difference between them is the new benefits which provides this new product. For the present Project, we carry out an internal a external diagnosis of the company and the hardware category with the aim of identifying the appropriate strategies to put on practice during the proyect. Likewise, it should be noted that the conceptual framework focuses on the hardware category in Lima -Peru in recent years based on the reality of micro and small companies which as the case of Fabricaciones industriales Villanueva company. This project will be carried out when the effects of COVID 19 have passed and the peruvian economy is reactivated.
