Sin embargo, muchas de estas empresas tienen barreras para poder generar crecimiento de manera rentable y, por lo tanto, mejorar la calidad de vida de sus trabajadores y stakeholders. En este artículo se analiza cuáles son las acciones que una empresa mediana de ingeniería puede realizar para generar crecimiento de manera rentable. La metodología aplicada en esta investigación es un estudio de caso donde se han realizado análisis cuantitativos, así como cualitativos, para lograr un entendimiento integral de la empresa y su entorno competitivo.
