Descripción
Sumario:The career of a Systems Engineer involves a series of professional and work challenges for which it is essential to have a theoretical-scientific base, as well as continuous learning from experiences exercising different positions. By its definition, it could be assumed that it is a branch of engineering dedicated to transferring information in applications that satisfy human needs. However, in this mission there are other complementary circumstances are present. The operational and technical processes are intended to improve the commercial management of any company, which often involves managerial tasks to implement the protocols devised by systems engineers, such as digital transformation, management of internal culture, attention to crisis and continuous learning. The mastery of soft skills is a contribution planned in this document, in order to contribute to the efficient management of resources in areas such as gastronomy and commerce, with a great impact on the Peruvian economy. Identifying problems in operational processes, proposing creative solutions and adapting them in organizations implies collaborative work in which information technologies will play a key role. The experiences detailed below support some organizational changes that were achieved thanks to technical and managerial capacity, considering among the latter the different people with whom a systems engineer, at a managerial level, has to interact. Working with clarity regarding the conceptual bases and with an ethical spirit are necessary factors to turn any conflict into a possibility for improvement. In the organizations already established with their own identity, procedures and regulations, they have much resistance to change, especially when it requires sacrifices and adaptations in which only those who show more competence and desire to excel can maintain themselves. Finally, some final recommendations have been added considering that many of the lessons learned can be applied in this and other work areas.
