En el presente artículo, los autores analizan el estado de la cuestión del sistema de justicia constitucional en el Perú y su importancia para la protección de los derechos humanos y la defensa de la democracia a nivel nacional. Asimismo, desde la óptica del arte y el derecho, realizan un símil entre la justicia constitucional peruana y Batman, el Caballero de la Noche, famoso personaje de DC Comics que encarna la lucha por las causas justas.
