Initially, it is necessary to map the existing state of sales process, recommend a new mapping of the quotation process using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), locate the critical path using Pert-CPM, and identify the activity that is causing the greatest amount of process delay. To make the process of identifying standards simpler, data is then gathered and categorized. After standardizing the sales procedure and validating the proposal with Arena Simulator, the outcomes are assessed. Results: A 20.26% reduction was obtained with respect to the total time of the sales process of the initial model. Then, through the collection of non-consolidated data, it was possible to create a database with standardized items to make customer service more efficient completing two more projects in the same amount of time and reducing 6.26 days the average time of each project. Conclusion: The standardization of the sales process in the case study allows them to optimize and standardize it through a proposed model based on Lean tools. Furthermore, small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) could adopt and adapt the application of Lean service tools to identify their most inefficient processes.

Por ello, la investigación se centra en la optimización de los tiempos de entrega, ya que suelen ser muy elevados en empresas pequeñas (PYMES) y con procesos no estandarizados y por tanto ineficientes. Métodos: Se propone un modelo que delinea un plan de estandarización de un proceso. Inicialmente, es necesario mapear el estado existente del proceso de ventas, recomendar un nuevo mapeo del proceso de oferta utilizando Value Stream Mapping (VSM), localizar el camino crítico utilizando Pert-CPM, e identificar la actividad que está causando la mayor cantidad de retraso en el proceso. Para simplificar el proceso de identificación de normas, a continuación, se recopilan y clasifican los datos. Tras estandarizar el procedimiento de ventas y validar la propuesta con Arena Simulator, se evalúan los resultados. Resultados: Se obtuvo una reducción del 20,26% respecto al tiempo total del proceso de venta del modelo inicial. Luego, a través de la recolección de datos no consolidados, fue posible crear una base de datos con ítems estandarizados para hacer más eficiente la atención al cliente completando dos proyectos más en el mismo tiempo y reduciendo 6,26 días el tiempo medio de cada proyecto. Conclusiones: La estandarización del proceso de venta en el caso de estudio les permite optimizarlo y estandarizarlo a través de un modelo propuesto basado en herramientas Lean.
