A systems engineer from “Universidad de Lima” has a systemic vision of everything, looks for business solutions analyzing in a detailed way the business needs and the interactions and how it affects different business units. Also, he is learning constantly, always aware of new technologies to apply them in his work. I have been working for more than 7 years. I started my professional career (while I was still in college) and I managed to grow in the same company personally and professionally. Professionally, I got some promotions and got to other teams to get involved in new projects and personally I have learnt from all the leaders I had over the years. As a big milestone, I participated in the beginning of digital transformation in the company I work at, and I had the opportunity to be Project leader as a Product Owner. Being a Product Owner helped me to develop my commercial skills which make a great compliment to all the technological knowledge I have, and both helped me to have a good performance all these years. In this report, you will find each one of my professional experiences and the impacts and benefits achieved for the organization. I will finish the report with the main conclusions and lessons learned in each of my experiences and how this can help future engineers. I would like to remark on always have the systemic thinking and the capacity to understand the relationships between every people, process involved in the company’s main needs. Alongside that, having an ethical work, being productive and having social skills will help to a successful performance for the future systems engineers.
