El objetivo de la presente investigación fue diseñar y validar un instrumento capaz de medir las variables “clima laboral docente” y el “nivel de adecuación al teletrabajo del profesorado universitario”. Para tal efecto, se convocó a un grupo de expertos, se realizó una prueba piloto y posterior análisis estadístico inferencial utilizando como herramienta el software SPSS 27 para las pruebas psicométricas. Luego de la prueba de discriminación de ítems, se obtuvo un instrumento conformado por 22 preguntas. El coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach (a) para las variables fue de 0.899 y 0.752, respectivamente. Mediante el análisis factorial exploratorio con rotación Varimax se comprobó la validez general del instrumento, la separación de las variables y la pertenencia de los ítems. El valor de esta propuesta radica en la transferibilidad del instrumento a otros contextos regionales con el fin de identificar correlaciones entre las variables objetivo.

Due to the pandemic of COVID- 19, this modality has been extended to various areas of work, among which stand out the educational activities at the university level. The objective of the present investigation was to design and validate an instrument capable of measuring the variables “university professor´s environment” and their “level of adaptation to telework.” For this purpose, a group of experts was convened, a pilot test was carried out and an inferential statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 27 software as a tool for psychometric tests. Regarding the results, after the item discrimination test, an instrument consisting of 22 questions was obtained. Cronbach's alpha (a) for the variables was 0.899 and 0.752 respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis with Varimax rotation was used to test the general validity of the instrument, the separation of the variables and the belongingness of the items.
