Sumario:We live in a society where people with disabilities are generally marginalized by omission; since, over the years they have been classified as phenomena, generating their isolation from a “normal” reality, affecting most of their rights, including Access to a decent education. In Lima, there is a great deficit of educational centers for people with disabilities, expecially for the visually impaired, and the existing ones do not offer an inclusive infrastructure, note ven adapted to develop their activities and work training normally. Therefore, the tesis Project consists of an educational center for students with visual disability or low vision, which aims to materialize from the design the contributions of a new educational vision for them and this generate a project aligned with the objectives of responsability and social inclusion of our profession.
