La metodología de estudio utilizada es la etnografía; en base a ello, nos basaremos en la información recogida in situ de los casos presentados durante el año 2019 y en donde se evidenciaron irregularidades en la intervención policial para atender este tipo de denuncias. Es importante señalar que esta investigación abre un campo fértil de estudio las situaciones que transitan las víctimas de violencia de género en una comisaría.
