The three perspectives are the sender and production, the image and circulation, and the audience and consumption, all framed within a specific space/time. The methodology is applied to the case study of the TAFOS project collection, active between 1986 and 1998. The approach allows for multiple classifications according to the version of the archive, and opens new ways to explore its communicative and expressive potential. The proposal seeks to strengthen the continuity of photographic archives as living agents decentered from library logic, promoting discursive diversity and resisting totalitarianism that restricts their action and enunciation.El artículo propone una nueva metodología, el enfoque de las tres perspectivas, para la clasificación de fotografías en archivos. Esta se basa en la intersección de la economía visual y la teoría de la comunicación de masas. Este enfoque entiende el archivo como un fenómeno relacional, en el que las imágenes participan en redes de significación y poder. Las tres perspectivas son el emisor y la producción, la imagen y la circulación, y la audiencia y el consumo, todas enmarcadas en un espacio/tiempo específico. La metodología se aplica al estudio de caso de la colección del proyecto TAFOS, activo entre 1986 y 1998. El enfoque permite múltiples clasificaciones según la versión del archivo, y abre nuevas vías para explorar su potencial comunicativo y expresivo.
