Errors that we find when signing the security, when placing the DNI number in the security, regarding the amount of the security, when the security is altered, when the security is incomplete, such as exchange joint liability, encumbrances and effects on the security title, unclaimability, among others. That is, the obligation is certain, express, enforceable, liquid, illiquid and that the object of the provision is to give, do or not do. All of this, with the objective of detecting such errors in the issuance of securities in time, so that they obtain the corresponding exchange effects.La presente investigación consiste en analizar desde los principios jurídicos de los títulos valores, los errores frecuentes que se originan al momento de la emisión y posterior cobro de los títulos valores. Errores que encontramos al firmar el título valor, al momento de colocar el número de DNI en el título valor, respecto al importe del título valor, cuando se altera el título valor, cuando el título valor es incompleto, como la responsabilidad solidaria cambiaria, los gravámenes y afectaciones sobre el título valor, la irreinvindicabilidad, entre otros. Es decir, que la obligación sea cierta, expresa, exigible, líquida, ilíquida y que el objeto de la prestación sea de dar, hacer o no hacer.
