Se analiza la necesidad de suspender la ejecución de la sentencia hasta su firmeza y se exploran medidas para evitar dilaciones indebidas. Además, se analiza el alcance del efecto suspensivo en cuanto al objeto penal y civil, destacando las diferencias y desafíos en su implementación.
