Finally, it is discussed which of these mechanisms is more convenient and efficient for the buyers and sellers, considering the particularities of each one of them.En el presente artículo los autores rescatan la importancia de la fijación del precio de las acciones como una etapa previa para transferirlas en el seno de las fusiones y adquisiciones empresariales. Para ello, se analizan los distintos mecanismos con los que cuentan las partes para realizar ajustes de precio que haga razonable, proporcional y duradera la valorización realizada.
