Various instruments were used to test leadership styles, five personality domains, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. Differences in the profiles based on demographic variables, leadership outcomes, and personal attributes were evaluated, and a hierarchical logistic regression analysis tested whether participants’ leadership levels were related to the seven attributes proposed. Statistically significant differences between clusters with large effect sizes were found for three personality domains (emotional stability, extraversion, and conscientiousness) and for three leadership outcomes. Small to moderate effect sizes were found for critical thinking, age, and working experience. The study findings could be used for the design of MBA programs.engCENTRUM PublishingPEinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/pe/LeadershipPersonality domainsCritical thinkingEmotional intelligenceCluster analysisLogistic regressionhttp://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#5.02.04Personal Attributes Profiles based on Clustered Leadership Behaviors in Peruvian Managersinfo:eu-repo/semantics/workingPaperDocumento de trabajoreponame:PUCP-Institucionalinstname:Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perúinstacron:PUCPORIGINALCELIE_WP2012-09-0001.pdfCELIE_WP2012-09-0001.pdfTexto completoapplication/pdf383093https://repositorio.pucp.edu.pe/bitstreams/e2100a21-3259-4ee6-a88b-377df636946f/downloadf6d75e0a794b847fe7f9a6748ea2b6bcMD51trueAnonymousREADTHUMBNAILCELIE_WP2012-09-0001.pdf.jpgCELIE_WP2012-09-0001.pdf.jpgIM Thumbnailimage/jpeg18561https://repositorio.pucp.edu.pe/bitstreams/373a47cd-1df9-4c2d-ac19-fa7f62ddccce/download495a8d52e57db7496957a576c1799eabMD52falseAnonymousREAD20.500.14657/166799oai:repositorio.pucp.edu.pe:20.500.14657/1667992024-10-05 18:30:06.468https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/pe/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessopen.accesshttps://repositorio.pucp.edu.peRepositorio Institucional de la PUCPrepositorio@pucp.pe
