Material y métodos: Estudio de scriptivo, retrospectivo y de corte transversal. Se inclu yeron a todos los pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis enteroperitoneal que cumpl ieron los criterios de inclusión y que estuvieron hospitalizados en los servicios de Medicina Interna y Neumologí a del Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia (H N CH) entre los años 2017 y 2021. Resultados: Se identificaron 55 casos con diagnóstico de tuberculosis enteroperitoneal, de los cuales se incluyeron sólo 41 . La edad promedio fue de 36 66 ± 16 años. El promedio de días en los cuales se administraron las drogas fue de 22 ,47 ± 15 24 días. El promedio de días nutrición parenteral recibida fue de 24 63 ± 16.39 días Conclusiones: El uso conjunto del tratamiento endovenoso y el soporte nutricional parenteral e s esencial para buenos resultados durante el manejo.

In the presence of complications, intravenous antituberculosis treatment and support with parenteral nutrition should be used. Objective: To describe the characteristics of parenteral nutrition and intravenous anti tuberculosis treatment in patients with enteroperitoneal tuberculosis hospitalized at the Cayetano Heredia National Hospital (HNCH) between 2017 and 2021. Material and methods: Descriptive, retrospective, and cross sectional study. All patients with a diagnosis of enteroperitoneal tuberculosis who met the criteria and who were hospitalized in the Internal Medicine and Pneumology services of the Cayetano Heredia National Hospital (H N CH) between 2017 and 2021 were included. Results: 55 cases with a diagnosis of enteroperitoneal tuberculosis were identified, of which only 41 were included. The average age was 36.66 ± 15.16 years. The average number of days in which the drugs were administered was 22.47 ± 15.24 days. The averag e number of days parenteral nutrition received was 24.63 ± 16.39 days.
