Resultado: se seleccionaron 25 artículos, la búsqueda se realizó en revistas indexadas que cumplían con los parámetros establecidos en los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La mayoría fue estudios cuantitativos El 43.5% pertenece a Scielo. Conclusión: Los estudios demostraron que el personal de enfermería juega un rol crucial en la administración de nutrición parenteral y se valora los conocimientos y habilidades del personal en los cuidados de NPT. Se pretende evaluar el estado actual de este tema y así promover futuras investigación.

The administration needs in-depth knowledge on the part of health personnel. Methodology: systematic documentary review which should not exceed 5 years of publication. Result: 25 articles were selected, the search was carried out in indexed journals that met the parameters established in the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The majority were quantitative studies. 43.5% belong to Scielo. Conclusion: Studies demonstrated that nursing staff play a crucial role in the administration of parenteral nutrition and the knowledge and skills of staff in TPN care are valued.
