The patients were informed of the present study and signed the voluntary donation consent of their extracted teeth. The sample was the human dental pulp isolated by enzymatic disintegration and analyzed by flow cytometry using the markers CD90, CD105, CD45, CD34, CD117, CD11b, CD3. Results: The ranks obtained from the positive markers for mesenchymal stem cells were, for CD90 (57.25% -66.21%), the CD105 marker was (2.69%-21.59%) and negative (0%) to the CD45 markers, CD34, CD11b, CD3, CD117. For cell viability, the range obtained from the 7-AAD marker was (77.11% -96.41%). Conclusions: The cell population of the human dental pulp presents multipotential expression with different percentages.Objetivo: Determinar la multipotencialidad de la población celular de la pulpa dental humana mediante citometría de flujo . Materiales y métodos: Estudio descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo realizado en la población celular de 04 dientes de pacientes atendidos en el Centro Odontológico de la Universidad de San Martín de Porres. Los pacientes fueron informados del presente estudio y firmaron el consentimiento de donación voluntaria de sus dientes extraídos. La muestra fue la p ulpa dental humana aislada por disgregación enzimática y ésta fue analizada mediante citometría de flujo utilizando los marcadores CD90, CD105, CD45, CD34, CD117, CD11b, CD3. Resultados: Los rangos que se obtuvieron de los marcadores positivos para células madre mesenquimales fueron, para CD90 (57.25%-66.21%), del marcador CD105 fue (2.69%- 21.59%) y negativo (0%) a los marcadores CD45, CD34, CD11b, CD3, CD117. Para la viabilidad celular, el rango que se obtuvo del marcador 7- AAD fue de (77.11%-96.41%).
