Materials and Methods: It was a descriptive and cross-sectional study, with a sample of 112 students that were divided into two groups, middle-year students (61) and final-year students (51), who were sent a validated virtual optional questionnaire multiple that accepts a single answer, consists of 5 general data questions and 10 knowledge questions. According to the stanine scale, it was classified into three categories: Poor (0-7.1), Regular (7.2-12.9) and Good (13-20). Results: 65.1% were women and 34.9% were men. 71.4% of the participants responded that they did not have information about first aid in dental trauma. 39.3% of the students had fair knowledge while 34.8% had poor knowledge and 25.9% had good knowledge. Conclusions: The knowledge of Primary Education students was regular.Objetivos: Identificar el conocimiento sobre el manejo inmediato de la fractura y avulsión dental de los estudiantes de Educación Primaria de una universidad nacional en el 2023. Materiales y Métodos: Fue un estudio de tipo descriptivo y transversal, con una muestra de 112 estudiantes que se dividió en dos grupos, estudiantes de años intermedios (61) y estudiantes de últimos años (51), a quienes se les envió un cuestionario validado virtual de opción múltiple que acepta una sola respuesta, consta de 5 preguntas de datos generales y 10 preguntas de conocimientos. Según la escala de estaninos, se clasificó en tres categorías: deficiente (0-7,1), regular (7,2-12,9) y bueno (13-20). Resultados: el 65,1% fueron mujeres y el 34,9% fueron hombres. El 71,4% de los participantes respondieron que no tuvieron información sobre primeros auxilios en traumatismos dentales. El 39,3% de los estudiantes tuvieron un conocimiento regular mientras que el 34,8% tuvieron un conocimiento deficiente y el 25,9% tuvieron un conocimiento bueno.
