We present a case of a lower left first molar with asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis and apical periodontitis with the complication of perforation of the chamber floor, sealing it after the end of the root canal treatment with Biodentine TM. La terapia endodóntica no está libre de complicaciones como las perforaciones a diferentes niveles, siendo la de furca asociada a la apertura cameral la más común. Sin embargo, en la actualidad el uso de cementos Biocerámicos permite tener resultados predecibles.
