The discussion now focuses on how to make it possible and what should be respected, beginning from the state criminal policy, the real reasons behind the reform, judicial guarantees and, finally, opportunities for improvement.La existencia de procesos de resolución pronta y oportuna para asuntos de sencilla tramitación es hoy una realidad. Con la introducción de la oralidad en los procesos judiciales, el gran reto está en la obtención de una verdadera justicia como servicio público de calidad. Que procesos sencillos se resuelvan de forma diferenciada no debe ser un problema, sino una solución.
