The sample is the following: 25 adolescents who were complying with judicial measures in an open environment; the analysis of 132 sentences, and statistical tables of the INE from the year 2013 to the most recent, 2016.El presente artículo se centra en la descripción y análisis de datos ofrecidos por el INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística de España), la recolección de sentencias judiciales y los datos obtenidos mediante la realización de historias de vida, a menores que en aquel momento, estaban cumpliendo medidas judiciales., con el fin de aportar soluciones a los cambios delictivos juveniles para su disminución.
