Descripción
Sumario:Comprehensive reparation is one of the main rights that victims have when they are affected by a victimizing event in the midst of an armed conflict, regardless of its nature. Colombia has experienced one of the bloodiest internal armed conflicts that has generated a high number of victims. Therefore, by means of the qualitative method with a descriptive approach, we will study whether comprehensive reparation in Colombia has been effective. To this end, an approach to the armed conflict in Colombia will be made. Subsequently, the term comprehensive reparation adopted in the Inter-American system will be reviewed and grounded in the Colombian case. The results show that the victims who have been repaired and those who are expected to be repaired by 2026 are not enough, which will become a revictimization for the victim framed in a denial of justice, which goes against their rights as a subject of special protection
