Finally, I will suggest an interpretation of feminicide and the conclusions will be compiled.En el presente trabajo trataré de explicar dos líneas interpretativas del discutido artículo que regula el delito de feminicidio en nuestro Código Penal, dando a conocer las consecuencias que se seguirían de aceptarlas, además de algunas objeciones a las mismas. En buena parte del ensayo se examinará la mejor interpretación del tipo penal y luego la objeción más fuerte a la que debe enfrentarse, a esta última la considero el verdadero problema del feminicidio.
