From these results, the Judd-Ofeltparameters were obtained, which indicated astructural modification with the addition of rareearth ions in the tellurite glassy matrix, due tothe rearrangement of the glassy structure and thebreaking of Te-O bonds.El análisis de Judd-Ofelt es importante porqueindica la influencia del dopaje de iones de tierrasraras en la matriz hospedera en la cuales seencuentran. En el presente trabajo se presentanlos resultados de la caracterización óptica devidrios zinc-telurito dopados con Yb3+, variandolas concentraciones de Tm3+ y Er3+ medianteespectroscopía de absorción UV-VIS y medidas deíndice de refracción.
