Therefore in this paper we reduce the theme of the original domain to the next question: Who originally owned mineral deposits? Without pretend clarify the picture  explaining  each of the systems because it would lead to an investigation of historical character that is not our goal.Es variopinto el número de obras que abordan este tema y generalmente se producen confusiones por la cantidad  de  sistemas  y el uso arbitrario de los nombres con que son identificados, lo que ha originado que se describan bajo la misma denominación sistemas distintos o el mismo sistema con etiquetas diversas. Por esta razón, en el presente trabajo reduciremos el tema del  dominio  originario de los yacimientos a la siguiente interrogante: ¿a quién pertenecen originariamente los yacimientos minerales?
