The procedural deadlines related to electronic citation and its application in the knowledge and enforcement processes were addressed, as well as in the sentence fulfillment phase, when the need for citation of the debtor is required by the Legislator.Trata de la citación electrónica en el Código de Proceso Civil. Aborda los diversos aspectos relacionados con esta modalidad de citación, introducida por el Legislador a través de la Ley n.º 14.195/21. Aclara que la citación electrónica ha pasado a ser la modalidad preferencial, mencionando además las personas que pueden ser citadas electrónicamente. También se discuten las herramientas para la citación electrónica, así como aspectos relativos a la validez de la citación electrónica y la posibilidad de aplicar los efectos de la rebeldía.
