Given the different needs of the patient, the main nursing diagnoses of the needs of the patient with SLE have been established, through the nursing interventions NANDA, NIC and NOC. In this sense, the objective of the essay is to describe the interventions of the nursing professional and of the multidisciplinary health team to the patient with SLE.El Lupus Eritematoso Sistémico (LES) al ser una enfermedad crónica multisistémica y, además de tener una amplia sintomatología, requiere un trabajo especializado en conjunto del equipo multidisciplinario de salud para el bienestar completo del paciente. El profesional de enfermería es pieza clave en el manejo de los distintos aspectos clínicos del LES, el cual se verá reflejado en brindar una atención holística sea de calidad y calidez, así mismo en el fomento de la máxima autonomía del proceso salud-enfermedad del paciente. Ante las diferentes necesidades del paciente, se han establecido los principales diagnósticos enfermeros de las necesidades del paciente con LES, mediante las intervenciones de enfermería NANDA, NIC y NOC.
