Hence, this article proposes to expose a critical analysis of the concept of happiness in transhumanism and realistic bioethics. Some of the most outstanding authors or promoters representing transhumanism and other authors in accordance with realistic bioethics have been considered for the presentation of this research.Uno de los planteamientos bioéticos más destacados a considerar del transhumanismo se relaciona con la felicidad y plenitud del ser humano, ya que todas sus propuestas pretenden dar solución, mediante el desarrollo y aplicación de las Tecnologías Emergentes, a todas las causas del dolor, sufrimiento y a la duración de la vida. Por ello, en este artículo se propone hacer un análisis crítico del concepto de felicidad en el transhumanismo y en la bioética realista.
