However, this revolution has also generated significant ethical challenges, especially in the field of clinical bioethics. This article analyzes the bioethical dilemmas that arise with the use of innovative technologies in the treatment of terminal illnesses, with an emphasis on autonomy, human dignity, and therapeutic proportionality. Through in-depth analysis, it explores the implications of technologies such as artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and remote monitoring devices. In addition, it examines the new frontiers of palliative care, highlighting how these innovations can improve quality of life or, in some cases, complicate the process of dying with dignity.En la era actual, la innovación tecnológica ha transformado profundamente los métodos de diagnóstico y tratamiento en la medicina, incluyendo el tratamiento de enfermedades terminales. Sin embargo, esta revolución también ha generado desafíos éticos significativos, especialmente en el campo de la bioética clínica. Este artículo analiza los dilemas bioéticos que surgen con el uso de tecnologías innovadoras en el tratamiento de enfermedades terminales, con énfasis en la autonomía, la dignidad humana y la proporcionalidad terapéutica. A través de un análisis profundo, se exploran las implicaciones de tecnologías como la inteligencia artificial, la telemedicina y los dispositivos de monitoreo remoto.
