Peruvians who work legally or formally have earned the trust and appreciationof many German people and are well regarded in their workplaces by their coworkers.Men and women develop under cultural norms and patterns that aredifferent from their places of origin. Respect and trust are aspects that reveal theirdaily lives. However, the sociocultural and even ethnic spaces are so dissimilar inthe city that they often have to cope with the fear and uncertainty of their hostsbecause they present themselves as “strangers” to be regarded with suspicion orfear, which implies seeing in them the foreigner who under his face highlights the distinction that carries within himself, racial discrimination, cultural exclusionand, whose “otherness” is not only observed from the same hosts but, extends,to the same Peruvian and Latin American emigrants .
