The right ofaction becomes that faculty which has all legal subject, in its various manifestations, as designed, individual, collective person and unregistered organizations, of being brought before the court in search of effective judicial protection. Law which allows us, in case of a legal dispute or legal uncertainty, have recourse to a State organ for by the Judges who administer justice, we resolve such disputes.En este artículo nos hemos propuesto delinear algunas ideas para comprender qué es y cuál es la importancia de la pretensión procesal debemos referirnos al Derecho de acción, El derecho de acción viene a ser aquella facultad que tiene todo sujeto de derecho, en sus diversas manifestaciones, como concebido, persona individual, persona colectiva y como organizaciones no inscritas, de poder recurrir al Órgano Jurisdiccional en busca de tutela jurisdiccional efectiva.
