Likewise, although they were found to be significant between company types, the effect size was almost non-existent. The results are discussed under the ecological model of development, as well as the probable incidence of post-pandemic events and the social problems of current Peru.Se investigó el desajuste familiar en trabajadores de tres tamaños de empresa, micro, pequeña y mediana y de rubros económicos diferentes de Lima Metropolitana en la que se empleó un diseño descriptivo-comparativo. Los resultados permitieron corroborar la hipótesis de desajuste familiar con una proporción de alrededor de un 30% en nivel alto. Asimismo, si bien se encontraron significativas entre los tipos de empresa, el tamaño del efecto fue casi inexistente.
