The first part explores the incongruities of the post-Thruth; the second part recalls that the Law must be claimed as an expression of Legal Science. Then the fundamental links between language and juridicity are demonstrated, concluding that this relationship is not only instrumental, but a foundation of substantive Law in itself. Along these lines, we propose a reading of reality in times of postmodernity and the danger of the tendency to overturn the semantics and etymology of crucial terms such as revolution, terrorism and gender ideology, undermining the foundations of Law, which constitutes a threat in the search for the supreme ends of this discipline with respect to the order and the harmonious and peaceful structuring of the society and the empire of effective justice and the metaphysical justification. The conclusion offers an alternative control from the Legal Moral.Este trabajo explora las relaciones entre el lenguaje y la Ciencia Jurídica. En la primera parte se exploran las incongruencias de la posverdad; la segunda parte reclama que el Derecho debe ser reivindicado como expresión de la Ciencia Jurídica. Luego se demuestran los vínculos fundamentales entre el Lenguaje y la juridicidad, concluyendo en que esa relación no es solo instrumental, sino un fundamento del Derecho sustantivo en sí mismo. En esa línea, se propone una lectura de la realidad en tiempos de la posmodernidad y el peligro de la tendencia a trastrocar la semántica y la etimología de términos cruciales como la revolución, el terrorismo y la ideología de género, socavando los fundamentos del Derecho, lo cual constituye una amenaza en la búsqueda de los fines supremos de esta disciplina respecto del ordenamiento y la estructuración armónica y pacífica de la sociedad y el imperio de la justicia efectiva y la justifica metafísica.
