In this regard, she analyzes the regulations on the subject, as well as some cassation judgments of the Supreme Court of Justice and the legislative initiatives presented in the Congress of the Republic on surrogate motherhood.En el presente artículo la autora expone la problemática jurídica de la maternidad subrogada en la reproducción humana asistida. Evidencia, así, la insuficiencia de normatividad peruana para enfrentar esta realidad permitida por la biotecnología.
