The soul of Lima is made up in part of its mansions, stately mansions full of life and stories to tell. This article aims to draw attention to them and induce people to protect them from destruction and conserve them with care, like someone who takes care of the most intimate part of their being.Uno de los patrimonios fundamentales de una ciudad, que aúna al mismo tiempo lo material y lo inmaterial, son sus casas, y especialmente aquellas que podemos denominar históricas y singulares, donde mucho se ha vivido y en las que el arte y la sofisticación de la arquitectura se manifiestan de un modo más palpable. El alma de Lima está constituida en parte por sus casonas, mansiones señoriales repletas de vida y de historias que contar.
