The intention of this test is to explain and to visualize that of the joint between ideas, instruments, technologies, forms of organization and communication, between other components of construction of the paideia, there depends the preeminence of the humanist character over the hedonistic forms and atomistas that characterize the management of many organizations. These reasonings are developed using a scheme of explanatory investigation of bibliographical argumentation and «rational - idealistic» sustentation, which they allow to declare conclusivamente that the architecture of the paideia is a model from whom it prepares of a managerial tool to raise the levels of performance in any entity.
