Likewise, we will analyze the differences between the legal norms required at that time to obtain a divorce, and those required nowadays.Este artículo abordará, desde el punto de vista del derecho, las causas legales más resaltantes para concretar un divorcio, tomando como base la historia plasmada en la tradición «El divorcio de la condesita», texto que forma parte de las Tradiciones peruanas, de Ricardo Palma. Nos interesa enfatizar, sobre todo, las diferentes leyes civiles que se utilizaban durante el siglo XVIII para ganar el caso de divorcio presentado por una mujer.
