Este artículo se propone un doble objetivo. En primer lugar, dar cuenta del aporte de los estudios de Derecho y Literatura respecto de la cuestión de interpretación, a partir del debate entre Ronald Dworkin y Stanley Fish en torno a la articulación entre conocimiento y voluntad. En segundo lugar, el texto también se propone introducir la perspectiva fenomenológica acontecial de Claude Romano y Jean-Luc Marion como una corrección complementaria de la propuesta de Fish.
