This poetic work is a foundation for the whole corpus Vallejiano and marks the course of what would be its peculiar humanism and its cravings for human justice, which constitutes itself in the thread of all its work. Therefore, his message is effective and urgent to be announced and revalued.En este artículo se presentan algunas claves que permiten evidenciar la formulación del paradigma de justicia y el sentido utópico de humanidad que de ella se desprende en Los heraldos negros de César Vallejo. Dicho paradigma se construye a partir de su estética cuajada desde la vivencia andina, familiar, social, cultural, antropológica, histórica, política y jurídica. Esta obra poética resulta fundacional para todo el corpus vallejiano y marca el derrotero de lo que sería su peculiar humanismo y sus ansias de una justicia humana, que se constituye en el hilo conductor de toda su obra.
