Its value shall be the result of the application of doctrinal interpretation of norm and theory.La tradición «El padre Pata», que tiene como autor a Ricardo Palma, sirve, en este ensayo, desde la literatura, para identificar y explicar la naturaleza jurídica del nombre propio y su relación directa con la identidad y la caracterización de la persona; las alteraciones de aquel afectan la individualización del sujeto de derecho dentro del conjunto de la sociedad. El texto es sometido a un análisis literario-jurídico, y se considera como un caso susceptible de estudio a la luz del derecho civil actual.
